The role of the Care Coordinator is to:

  • assist in the smooth running of the office and its multi-disciplined service activities

  • develop and maintain good client/service user relations

  • ensure that all staff work together as an effective team

  • implement and evaluate the aims, objectives, policies and procedures of the company to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the service for the service user


Post holder may be required to participate in the 24 hour on-call rota to meet the needs of the business.
